Parents and senior citizens can jail their children and other relatives if such children and such relatives do not maintain parents or senior citizens and perform their duties to absolute perfection in respect of parents and senior citizens. Childless persons/parents can acquire property of their children[Self acquired or inherited]. Children include legitimate, illegitimate,adopted children or other relatives.

Dying Declaration of Late Mrs. Ram Lubhai
Mrs. Ram Lubhai named 5 persons before her death. This dying declaration under section 32 of the Indian Evidence Act would be used to file Criminal cases against all persons she named in her dying declaration. Every bit of evidence would be used irrespective of proximity or relationship of these persons with Mrs. Ram Lubhai. The criminal cases shall be filed after 25th July, 2012.
