This act was enacted under guidance and innovation of Dr. Abdus Kalam former President of Republic of India but remained hushed up for five years as layers are debarred from moving petitions by parents and senior citizens directly or through others . Parents and senior citizens can jail their children and other relatives if such children and such relatives do not maintain parents or senior citizens and perform their duties to absolute perfection in respect of parents and senior citizens. Childless persons/parents can acquire property of their children[Self acquired or inherited]. Children include legitimate, illegitimate,adopted children or other relatives.
