Dying Declaration of Late Mrs. Ram Lubhai

Mrs. Ram Lubhai named 5 persons before her death. This dying declaration under section 32 of the Indian Evidence Act would be used to file Criminal cases against all persons she named in her dying declaration. Every bit of evidence would be used irrespective of proximity or relationship of these persons with Mrs. Ram Lubhai. The criminal cases shall be filed after 25th July, 2012.

Abandoned parent’s Action Center has been launched in India at Delhi in memory of Late Mrs. Ram lubhai (23.9.1923-15.2.2012) who was deserted in the Intensive Care Unit of Moolchand hospital on 15.2.2012. The world had deserted her and hence the hospital despite the fact that her son and her daughter in law ran from pillar to post  but their voices fell on deaf ears and no relative,friend, grandchildren ever bothered and the hospital took advantage of the deserted situation of the son and the daughter in law which was created by nefarious designs of people to be named later. This happened because Mrs. Ram Lubhai gave her property to all during her lifetime and hence was deserted. This Center has been set up to help all elderly parents deserted by their children to ensure restoration of their dignity ,their dignified existence and subservience of children to Parents. Complete mission Statement would be given details later on.

THE SON AND THE DAUGHTER IN LAW WERE THE ONLY TWO HUMANS WHO WERE WITH HER TILL HER LAST AND WERE THE LUCKIEST AS THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE WORLD WHO GOT HER LAST BLESSINGS IN FORM OF HER LAST KISSES ON THEIR HANDS.
